Hi, I’m Claire. I created Holistic Go! from a personal interest in my own health.
For many years i had struggled through life due to childhood trauma’s, social anxiety, anger, resentment, unhealthy attitude towards life, etc. Don’t get me wrong, I have had some awesome moment’s in my life but in life there is always a balance. One part your doing great, the other, not so and could easily turn your life upside down.
When you find yourself living with various ‘ailments’ on a daily basis, life can sometimes be difficult no matter how hard you try and keep them at bay.
Some time after having my second child, my body and mind had gone into total meltdown and found myself slowly going in a downward spiral. My stubbornness got the better of me and pushed all inner feelings away, carried on working, being a mum and looking after a home, until I eventually found myself on a stroke ward. I was doing too much and my body was giving up! I had a lucky escape but my body was telling me something. I listened and stopped work immediately, which was a hard pill to swallow but my family came first!
I decided after some time, to try and figure out the reasons why I was feeling these emotions and try to find a way to heal. I have many interests from various aspects of healing, such as; essential oils, crystal healing, herbalism, reiki, yoga, etc. So I plunged into more education on healing myself.
I started using essential oils on a daily basis and reducing harmful chemicals within my home. I started to see a difference almost straight away. My anxiety was almost getting the better of me and at the same time a course became available where I can learn about the emotional state of a person, how emotions affect us and which oils could be used to help support various emotions.
I enrolled through Cambridge College of Holistic Health and qualified as an Emotional Aromatherapy Advisor Cert (CCHH). I also looked into my nutrition which also helps towards your emotional state. I then gained my level 2 Health and Nutrition.
Since I have changed my outlook in life and what products I use for myself and family, I have become a better version of myself.
From all the knowledge I have gained by helping myself, I feel that I need to share with others. So this is exactly what I do.....healing others from my own personal experiences.

New Clients - Consultation lasting between 1-1.5 hours. This session includes a small set of essential oils which will aid you during your sessions. A holistic therapy where we discuss where we discuss your current emotions, lifestyle, health and feelings. Understand the importance of gut health. Encourage yourself to heal. This therapy can aid support in the following ailments: Anxiety, depression, stress, headaches, sleeping problems, IBS, imbalanced mood, fibromyalgia, menstruation, etc.
FOLLOW UP SESSIONS
Leading from the first consultation
These sessions we go into more detail following the initial consultation. A full review is taken after to interpret which oil will benefit you during the next month until your next session. The amount of sessions will depend on your own personal needs and how you react and commit to the structure of this therapy. Sessions are usually booked on a monthly basis.
